NY Trip (Saturday)

On Saturday morning, after some breakfast and coffee...

...we went to Aaron's football game. Shenendehowa JV versus Albany High JV. We loaded up (Aunt) Tara's van: Ray, Dave, (Grandpa) Raymond, Tara, Maia and me.
Maia played peek-a-boo with Dave through the seat back.

It was a cool, overcast, breezy day with just a touch of rain.  When we arrived, the score was already 21-0 for Shen... in the first quarter.

There's Aaron... #98.

I think Maia liked the people-watching, best.  By the end of the game, she was happily clapping along with the cheerleaders, wearing her big toothy grin.

Aaron is the offensive tackle on the far side of the line.  Maybe you can see his '9'

Shen ended up whipping Albany pretty bad... something like 52-0.    Go Aaron go!  And I went home with a "T.... O-U-C-H.... D....O-W-N!" cheer stuck in my head.  We heard it a few times...
