All this outdoor time means lots of playing! We were still unpacking when Maia decided it was time to get her helmet on so she could ride her trike. Since she also knows that you get to ride your bike to the bathroom when you're camping... that meants LOTS of tricycle time!
Everyone loves the cozy coupe. Even Macy.
Toward the end of the week, we got Maia an early birthday present: A scooter. Now she could choose between the scooter and the trike for her many bathroom trips.
Some of those scooter trips were to the park, so she could swing...
... show you how strong she is...
... and play in the sand.
LJ took a few spins in the coupe as well...
Maia and Parker tried to share it (what was she thinking? That's Parker's favorite place to BE!)
If the coupe wasn't available, there was always the fire truck. Maia and LJ shared and played together nicely.
Parker was really working on improving his walking skills and Maia was happy to help him learn.

After a little rain, Parker discovered his own little water table.
All that playing wasn't without its consequences, and we went through a few band-aids. This one on Maia's face is particularly attractive!
