On the afternoon of Christmas Eve, my parents, Kathleen, Andrew, Emily, Adrian and Lydia all gathered at our house for food and presents. Andrew had a six bone prime rib roasting in the oven (YUM!)for dinner. In the mean time, we had a pile of food for grazing.
Maia was most excited about the fruit.

And then their best excited faces for the surprise gift of the Wii (an item they never thought they would receive in a million years!)
Maia absolutely LOVED her tea set from Aunt Kathleen, Uncle Andrew and cousins!

Maia's other exciting present was a ride-on Winnie-The-Pooh airplane.
Which had lots of lights and made some noises which Maia wasn't at all sure about for a moment.
However, she got really excited about it in no time, and is really loving it!
All in all she did really well with all the excitement and activity. She ate a good dinner, but ran out of stamina for opening all her presents. She went to bed pretty much on time and slept well, waking up to another pile of presents in the morning...
